Bahulu Kemboja A.K.A Kueh Bakar

Bahan-bahannya:

1 cawan tepung gandum
1 cawan telor - dalam 4 biji
1 tin santan
1 cawan jus pandan
3/4 cawan gula
1/2 camt garam
Sedikit pewarna hijau
Sedikit bijan - disangai terlebih dahulu tanpa minyak
Sedikit margerin/minyak

Cara membuatnya:

1. Panaskan Oven 150 darjah.
2. Blend semua bahan di atas sampai sebati.
3. Panaskan acuan kuih bakar di atas dapur. Lenserkan acuan dengan margerin/minyak.
4. Masukkan adunan ke dalam acuan dan tutup. Biarkan selama 5-8 minit. Kemudian taburkan bijan.
5. Kemudian masukkan acuan tadi ke dalam oven dan bakar hingga kekuningan.
6. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.

Resepi Masak Lemak Cili Padi Ikan Kembung

Bahan-Bahan:

5 ekor ikan kembung sederhana besar
1 biji kelapa parut (ambil 2 mangkuk santan)
2 biji tomato (dipotong empat)
2 tangkai cili hijau (dibelah dua)
Garam secukup rasa
Sedikit serbuk perasa

Bahan ditumbuk halus:
10 tangkai cili padi
2 sm kunyit hidup

Cara:

Ikan kembung disiang dan dibersihkan. Campurkan bahan tumbuk dan ikan ke dalam santan. Jerangkan di atas api perlahan sambil dikacau supaya santannya tidak pecah. Masukkan ikan, tomato, cili hijau dan garam. Bila santan sudah mendidih padamkan api. Kemudian hidangkan.
